INDCO's Deluxe IBC Tote Mixer offers enhanced features for operational efficiency and ergonomics. The toggle feature hooks directly to various cage sizes reducing installation and changeover times. Optional handling features are available including lifting eye and forklift channels. The 1-1/2 HP air motor provides maximum agitation when supplied with 100 PSI @ 70 CFM. See our air motor performance guide for operation at lower air flow. The 32" long mixing shaft attaches to the motor coupler and two 6" impellers with set screws. The expandable bracket mount fits totes between 34" and 48" wide. This BTC Series mixer is designed for blending light to medium viscosity materials or suspending settled particles in a variety of applications. All wetted parts are stainless steel for chemical resistance. This model features a Gast air motor which is known for its rugged construction and reliability. Air motors deliver variable speed for maximum flexibility or multiple applications. Air motors are lighter weight than our electric models and reduce the possibility of explosion in a combustible environment.
