These compact, mobile, and self-contained lifting magnets utilize a heavy duty, 12volt battery for operation. They are free of restrictive cords and wires and are extremely useful in areas where electricity in not available. The magnet can be operated with either the on-board controls, or with the included IR remote control, which operates up to 15' away. BUXF - designed for flat material handling. These magnets can be used in many types of applications, such as the handling of plates, die blocks, machined components, castings, and forgings. Extremely useful throughout any plant, including shipping and receiving areas, storerooms, on cut-off saws, burning and welding tables, and with other machine tools such as grinders, shapers, drill presses and more. BUXR - designed for round and flat material handling. In addition to flat stock, the unique bi-polar design of this model's pole shoes enables it to handle a wide variety of structural shapes and rounds, such as pipe, tubing, bar stock, billets, I and H beams, angle, and channel.
