High capacity bag filling machine, specially designed for fruit and vegetable products. In its conception we have based on the manual placement of these bags, extracting them dosed and sewn by the exit belt. This bagging machine is controlled by an electronic system capable of giving the necessary orders and self-adjusting to the type of container and its dimensions, so that a great working ergonomics is achieved. Its production is totally linked to the product dosing machine and the ability to place the bag, although its mechanical capacity could be up to 15 bags/minute. • Sewing machine: the Flowbag 06 sewing bench is equipped with an innovative system to facilitate accessibility to the sewing head. This system allows moving the entire sewing head to the outside of the chassis, thus allowing maximum accessibility for the change of consumables, as well as easy maintenance of the sewing machine. • Double traction: we divide the machine with two motorizations in order to be able to extract the freshly filled bag at a much higher speed than the sewing speed, thus freeing the mouth earlier and optimizing the bag placement time. • Accessibility: the design of the Flowbag 06 has taken into account the accessibility and visibility of the bag at all times during its journey, avoiding as many optical obstacles as possible. • Nozzle synchronism: the function of this synchronism is to ensure that the paddles and the bag are well centered during the product drop, thus making the bag movement along the machine much more vertical, improving the sewing line.
