ON LINE NITRITES APPLICATOR DRUM NB-600
To apply nitrites in hams, shoulders, and other products is a delicate operation, and we need a special treatment.
Traditionally this products has been applicated manually with differents results. Now, with this drum we obtains a uniform distribution and we can apply the same quantity of product for every ham.
This process is necessary before salting process and give us better and more uniform nitrites process.
