AUTOMATIC PRESS FORM FOR HAM TO OBTAIN A UNIFORM FORM FOR ALL HAM PIECES FAJ-800 After salting process we need to obtain a uniform form for ail pieces of ham. With this machine we obtains a similar form and volume. This process provides a better dry process and good aspect for thecomercial chaine. Design allows major productivity. Ham is placed on a conveyor bett and it cornes into the fonming area. The System is composed of three cylinders : two lateral sides and one at the top.
