TWO AND THREE DIMENSION RECTANGULAR PRESS For pressing of ham and shoulder into moulds A completely uniform product is an essential commercial requirement. Slicing process of cured hams, pork shoulders, etc., exact dimensions are of the utmost importance in order to prevent losses generated during the slicing process. The exclusive design of our pressing system with moulds is fundamental towards obtaining the best results, producing a perfect and homogeneous shape and increasing slicing yields. Once prepared, the pieces are introduced into the press. By simultaneously pressing two pushbuttons, and by means of hydraulic action, a lateral piston is activated, as well as other horizontal pistons. These pistons compress the piece in sequential pressure and stop cycles for uniform packing, delivering the work accomplished by the repeated pressing process to the entire piece.
