Once a leg or shoulder of ham has been boned it has to be shaped into its final form. Our exclusive massage and cyclicalpressingsystem is essential for obtaining the best product, making it look homogenous and increasing the slicing yield.
Once the ham is boned it is placed in the press's mould. When two buttons are pressed simultaneously hydraulic action within the cylinder activates the counter mould. This compresses the ham in a series of pressure and stoppage cycles allowing for uniform compacting of the entire piece using the press. At the end of the process a pneumatic cylinder expels the product from the mouldde.
