Description

AUTOMATIC WASHING TUNNEL FOR THE CONTINUOUS WASHING OF ALL TYPES OF TRAYS AND CONTAINERS AUTOMATIC WASHING TUNNEL LBT-400, LBT-500 AND LBT-600 Equipped with independently operated sections, washing and rinsing, to meet the required hygiene standards. These machines include detergent dosing systems, selfcleaning filters and vapour compression or electrical resistance water heating capable of solving problems associated with the continuous washing of all types of trays and containers and with minimal water consumption by reusing the wash water and rinsing with mains water. This tunnel allows trays to be continuously washed while only adjusting the guides and water control valves. The machine is equipped with a guided transport system, high pressure water circuit and rinse circuit. The trays are transported with a stainless steel chain activated by a variable speed reducer - Stainless steel chassis with adjustable legs - Lower tank - Wash and rinse areas are separated by curtains - Side panels for cleaning the machine - Removable tank filter - Stainless steel water system - 24 V. electrical system - Made of AISI-304 stainless steel. Optional - 18 kW. electrical resistance system - 7.5 kW to 5.5 Kg/cm2 wash pump - 11 kW to 7 Kg/cm2 wash pump - 7.5 kW to 10 Kg/cm2 high pressure wash pump - 50 W detergent dosing system - Self-cleaning suction filter
