The I-DLS (Distribution Line System) equipment is designed to distribute products used in the production process from storage tanks to various points within the customer's facility. The system is optimal for inks, solvents, varnishes, or adhesives. The purpose is to automate product shipping processes, reducing internal transfer times, and minimizing potential product spills. Moreover, with the I-DLS, it is possible to monitor consumption levels, generate reports, all from the specially designed management software. We can distribute all required products either to direct consumption points on the printer, a dispensing table located near the printing machine, or to intermediate storage tanks. This way, ink, adhesive, solvent, etc., are automatically available from the warehouse to the point of consumption.The system incorporates a "recirculation" function to prevent product deposition inside the lines. OPTIONALLY, we can install the recirculating tank set. In this configuration, two tanks of the same product are directly connected, with the upper tank feeding the lower one as the product level decreases. Once the upper tank is empty, the operator only needs to replace it with a new one, thus maintaining a fixed minimum quantity of each product.
