Description

The I-AMX MC-V is a two-component solvent based adhesives mixing equipment with viscosity control. Specially recommended for lamination industry. The system mixture in the desired ratio of adhesive and the catalyst taking the necessary amount of each component by gear pumps driven by geared motors and controlled by servo motors. Once the mixture in the supply 30 (configurable with the app) liters tank (maximum capacity, configurable to lower values by the level sensor), the viscometer system adjusts the amount of solvent required to bring the mixture to the working conditions selected. From the mixing tank adhesive is sent, with an electric drive centrifugal pump, to the laminator tray for consumption. A level sensor gives the order to fill the tank when it´s necessary. The control flow provided to the mixture of each of the two components A and B, is performed with system monitoring AFC Automatic Flow Control ensuring the proportion (flow meters mounted at the outlet of each of the components A and B) mixture and monitors the accuracy of the system (making unnecessary dosage manual checks). The AFC system performs dosage metering at real time ensuring that the metered amount is accurate throughout the system life despite the wear and tear of use of the metering pumps (the speed of these is calculated depending on the real dosage).
