Description
The INGENIA Model DT is a turntable container manufacturing system. They meet with the highest demands of precision welding and allow for extrusion welding machines. The system has a modular design which means it can be tailored to suit customers' requirements. Containers which have a diameter up to 5 m and a height up to 6 m can be processed on this machine. By using inner and outer seams, the cylinder wall can be sealed to the bottoms.
Moeller PLC is used to control the machine. The control panel houses the controls but the main functions can also be triggered by remote control as an optional extra. Push buttons are used to adjust the rotational speed.
