Description

DENALI XCR-C: PANEL MOUNT, ULTRA-LOW PROFILE CANOPEN SERVO DRIVE DENALI XCR CANOPEN SERVO DRIVE HIGHLIGHTS • Miniature and lightweight design. World’s smallest servo drive. • Ultra-low standby power consumption down to 1.5 W • Dual loop position control for unparalleled precision • Ultra-fast servo loops for smooth operation • Soft PWM option for environments requiring ultra-low EMI • Functional Safety options available DISCOVER THE DENALI XCR CANOPEN SERVO DRIVE Denali XCR is a miniature, ready-to-use, high power density, CANopen servo drive. Optimized with an extremely low profile and lightweight, allowing for easy integration in surgical robot consoles, grippers, end-effector actuators, pipetting systems, and haptic feedback systems. Denali XCR servo drive is designed with the most advanced transistor technology in the world, delivering the highest power density and efficiency. A variant of the Denali XCR is also available with EtherCAT communications. END EFFECTORS AND ACTUATOR INTEGRATION Denali XCR, with its miniature and lightweight design, is built ready to be integrated inside the tightest spaces such as in end-effectors, grippers, pipetting systems, and surgical consoles. A pluggable version of Denali (Denali NET) is also available to be mounted in multi-axis interface boards. OPTIMIZED FOR A PREMIUM PERFORMANCE Standby power consumption has been reduced to minimize heat generation and firmware architecture has been designed to accommodate PWM frequencies up to 150 kHz, enabling low inductance motor control.
