Description

Ingersoll Rand ZV1S 1-Cup Vacuum Handling Devices allow an operator to lift, orient, and place flat, non-porous parts weighing up to 100 lb. (45 kg) with minimal effort. These vacuum lift systems can be used for straight transfer or manipulation of parts, safely and effectively. The tool is perfect as a glass lifter, and also works for sheet metal and plastic. A 90-degree, powered tilt version (ZV1ST) is also available. SAFETY: Once the vacuum cups are fully engaged, a safety interlock (indicated by an air gauge and a green signal) prevents the accidental release of the load. PRODUCTIVITY: This vacuum lifter helps improve your productivity through more effective part pickup, orientation, transfer, and positioning. DURABILITY: The handling devices are designed to the ASME B30.20 specification for Below-the-Hook Lifting Devices. ERGONOMIC: The ZV1S uses the same comfortable grip control handle as the popular ZA Series Balancers. Material quality is protected with positive secure gripping at pickup/set down for reduced part damage Single-handed, intuitive controls for up/down movement as well as vacuum on/off Suitable for the following applications: sheet metal, plastics, Formica NOT suitable for corrugated cardboard, wood, oil surfaces or porous materials Please contact the factory for porous applications
