Hydraulic Motor – IMB Series have been widely applied to various kinds of hydraulic transmission system, including ship and deck machinery, construction machinery, plastic injection machine and heavy metallurgical machinery. They conform with Staffa and HMB motors. -The hydrostatic balance is built between the con-rod and eccentric sets, solving the problem of higher-power hydraulic motor of shaft con-rod, which overwhelmed by the roller. Thereby, this motor has higher pressure, higher speed and higher power. -By using special treatment process and hydrostatic balance between con-rod and piston, we reduce the friction loss during the load transmission, and the force between piston and cylinder wall. Conclusively, the friction loss between piston and cylinder wall gets reduced. -Adopting piston seal rings with special structures, we further reduce friction and improve volumetric efficiency of the hydraulic motor. -The usage of hydrostatic balance shaft distributor contributes to non-connection rotation, improving its volumetric efficiency and reducing its noise and resistance.
