You can use our EASYPAINT IN-BATCH solution when the range of colours to produce is broad and the typical order, per coloured batch, ranges between 400 to 2,000L
The operator positions an empty vessel under the dispensing head.
All components are dosed, one by one, following a pre-determined formulation.
Our software monitors all operations without the need of human intervention.
Once the dispensing operations are completed, the operator can remove the vessel.
The product is now ready to be mixed
Values represent the average performance of our dispensing valve DN32. All values are influenced by the size and distance of pipes & pumps, inlet pressure & products' viscosity.
