Description

Based on the patented resonator design of the picolo series and the industry-proof amplifier design of the SpitLight family, the MAGNA platform creates sub-nanosecond pulses with up to 2 Joule pulse energy, with a peak power of 4 Gigawatt. Customized amplifier designs are also available. • High energy: uo to 2 J at 500 ps pulse width • High peak power: up to 4 Giga-Watt • Sub-nanosecond oscillator and amplifier integrated in monolithic housing • Active Q-switch, < 400 ps jitter • High-energy sub-nanosecond pulses enable new experiments • Quick and easy exchange of flashlamps • Maintenance-free pumping chambers with ceramic reflector • Excellent beam quality and pointing stability
