INOshaft® CPH CFRP shafts represent the highest achievable performance class in our product portfolio and demonstrate maximum flexibility through the usability of pneumatically ans hydraulically clamping printing adapters.
A special feature - the hybrid clamping
Our solution is a shaft with pneumatic and hydraulic clamping.
Our INOshaft® CPH shafts are based on a special clamping system, which combines the advantages of pneumatically and hydraulically clamping shafts and therefore offers a diverse scope of applications. Both hydraulic and pneumatic CFRP bridge adapters can be used with this system and achieve maximum versatility in the production planning of many flexographic print shops.
Our INOshaft® CPH CFRP shafts can be supplied in various performance series, covering a large radius of the high-performance range.
INOshaft® CPH – Proline
Our INOshaft® CPH Proline is available as an entry-level line into the high-end performance range. A CFRP shaft, which we have designed for average printing speeds of between 400 - 600 m/min. The processing of high-quality materials and a CFRP laminate designed with high requirements in mind create the perfect basis for first-class results in flexographic printing. Features of the Proline version include reaching a high printing speed in no time at all with reduced risk of printing errors and bouncing. The hybrid INOshaft® CPH Proline allows us to offer additional versatility and the use of pneumatic as well as hydraulic adapters for particularly tricky print jobs.
