PRESSING & FORMING SYSTEM
The forming rack with movable levels is designed for pressing cold cuts such as bacon, salami, etc.
The pressing levels are made of stainless steel electro-welded plate and mesh with a 40x20mm mesh to facilitate maximum air circulation between products during drying.
Pressure on the product is exerted using a manual hydraulic lifter to be positioned at the base of the trolley. The structure, made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, consists of 9 vertically movable shelves. In the rest position, the gap available for loading the product is approximately 115 mm, while the minimum pressing that can be achieved is approximately 30 mm.
The dimensions of each level are approx. 800 x 1000mm. The span of the bottom compartment for the insertion of the hydraulic lift is 240 mm; two levels of adequate thickness will be positioned at the bottom to accommodate the actuator.
