SALT AND AROMA MIXERS
This is a plant for the production of salt solution consisting mainly of a water storage tank with an automatic cooling system and another tank for dissolving the salt with a mixer in the tank itself. The valves for managing the loading/unloading/reassembly flows are butterfly valves with a pneumatic actuator and head fitted with solenoid valves and position sensor.
The plant is fully automated with temperature sensors, level sensors and litre counters with phase management managed by a touch-screen panel on the electrical panel. The system consists of the two tanks resting on adjustable feet, the Triblender Mixer/Dissolver and a skid on which the plate heat exchanger, pumps, valves, instruments and connections between the two tanks and the mixer are located. Once the 4 elements are in place, assembly is quick and easy thanks to the clear indications of the connections.
The water cooling system has a Kelvion heat exchanger with ND series double safety plates, which in the event of a plate rupture ensures that no contact between the two liquids occurs and that the rupture is visible. The system also has a circulation pump on the glycol water side that creates a loop that keeps the flow rate in the exchanger high. In this loop, a modulating valve introduces the quantity of glycol water required to have the loop temperature such that the water in the tank is cooled to the set value, in this case +1°C.
