AUTOMATIC VACUUM SALTING SYSTEM FOR COOKED PRODUCTS
The technology applied to these plants is the result of continuous studies and experiments that the R&D department of Inox Meccanica has developed over the past 15 years.
We produce automatic vacuum tumbler machines with load capacities of about 500, 1200, 2000, 3000, 4000 and 5000 kg for salting products to be cooked such as hams, shoulders, bacon, etc.
Our patented salting system makes it possible to create excellent conditions inside the tumbler for even distribution of salt while significantly reducing the amount of water in the meat. Our machines can be equipped with an external cavity and corresponding system, with which it is possible to refrigerate in order to maintain the constant temperature of the product inside, even in an unconditioned environment, or to heat in case you want to thaw the meat in a vacuum.
A weighing system with display and stainless steel load cells can also be applied to the machine.
