Description

The EM vertical mixers provide high shear rates in emulsions and dispersions due to their head and turbine design. With a vertical mixer a completely homogenized product is obtained, without lumps, in medium (5000 litres) and small volume applications. Furthermore, because of the careful treatment they provide, these mixers are very useful for keeping the compounds properties of already homogenized products. Moreover, with the EM design, the maintenance tasks are eased and the highest hygiene conditions allowed. The head configuration changes regarding the kind of product and its requirements, the head could be sieved, slotted or perforated. Owing to all theses features the EM mixers could reduce the particles size, destroy coagulations and quickly dissolve solids in liquids.
