Description
The electric arc furnace for steelworks is a piece of equipment capable of reaching 3,800°C: its vault, where the graphite electrodes are located, has to withstand significant thermal shocks. Refractory masses, EBT filling sand, precast shapes...: Insertec has developed a range of solutions specially designed for the lining of EAF.

The BOTALITE is a ganulated material to fill the E.B.T. based on olivine. The olivine is a magnesium silicate. Cause to the lack of flambles and its good desity/stability relation, it does not require any kind of preheating before using.

We design delta sections for the roof centers for EAF in precast shapes with ultralow cement castable.
