We are producing our highly regarded Surface Bonder Xi in quart cans and 1.25 gallon containers for Natural Stone. This bulk product is available in two viscosity grades for whatever application you desire. KNIFE GRADE The Surface Bonder Xi adhesive has been formulated for knife grade viscosity Features - Available in 3 base resins: Crystal Clear, Chameleon and Transparent White - Crystal Clear is perfect for use with our 10 available Stone Collection pigments: Black, Uba Tuba, Flint, Pewter, White, Earth, Cocoa Brown, Khaki, Rhin and Cygnus Pearl - The same properties as our Surface Bonder Xi - 12 minutes working time / 25 minute full cure - 4000PSI stone bonding strength SEMI-FLOWING The same viscosity as the cartridge based Surface Bonder Xi Features - Available in 3 base resins: Crystal Clear, Chameleon and Transparent White - Crystal Clear is perfect for use with our 10 available Stone Collection pigments: Black, Uba Tuba, Flint, Pewter, White, Earth, Cocoa Brown, Khaki, Rhin and Cygnus Pearl - 12 minutes working time / 25 minute full cure - 4000PSI stone bonding strength Semi-Flowing Viscosity: 35,000 — 150,000 CPS Knife Grade Viscosity: Thixotropic Paste (140,000 — 1,200,000 CPS) Specific Gravity (Semi-Flowing / Knife Grade): 1.11 / 1.20 Working Time: 10 — 15 minutes Fixture Time: 20 — 30 minutes Recommended Bond Line: 0.002 — 0.040 inches (0.5 — 1.0mm) Bond Strength: 3000 — 4000 PSI (210 — 281 kg/cm²)
