The SkidWeigh ED2-EP mobile electric pallet truck scale is designed specifically for use with class III, electric pallet trucks. The system is engineered similar to the ED scale series,able to withstand the most difficult and challenging material handling environments however only Lift Accurate Technology is able to provide +/-1% accuracy of capacity on class III equipment. The system can be easily installed in the hydraulic lift circuit of any electric pallet truck regardless make, model or voltage and does not alter the rated capacity or require an accessory rating. Once installed, an even simpler calibration process begins by lifting a known load against the weight of the empty forks. Once this is acknowledged the system software takes over and the ED2-EP with Lift Accurate Technology turns an electric pallet truck into a mobile weighing platform. IVDT offers a versatility of options including audible and visual notifications, printers, and the ability to accumulate load sequences, all designed to integrate the ED2-EP electric pallet truck scale into almost any material handling application.
