Description

The MAX® 10 FPGA revolutionizes non-volatile integration by delivering advanced processing capabilities in a single programmable logic device with small form factor for low power and cost-sensitive applications. Low Power, Small Form Factor FPGAs for Cost-sensitive Applications Benefits Low Static Power The MAX® 10 FPGA core fabric architecture offers low static power by using the low static power architecture on a power-optimized, 55nm flash-enabled process technology. Flexibility and Integration Single device integrating non-volatile flash memory, programmable logic device (PLD), random access memory (RAM), digital signal processing (DSP), DDR3 external memory interface, analog-to-digital converters (ADC), phase-locked loops (PLLs), and various I/O standards in small packages from 3mm x 3mm. Simple and Fast Configuration The secure on-die flash memory enables device configuration in less than 10ms. Key Features Low Power Devices offer longer battery life – resumption from full power-off in less than 10ms, while sleep mode offers standby power reduction and resumption in less than 1ms. Instant On MAX® 10 FPGAs can be the first usable device on a system board to control the bring-up of other components, such as high-density FPGAs, ASICs, ASSPs, and processors. External Memory Interfaces MAX® 10 FPGAs support DDR3 SDRAM and LPDDR2 interfaces through soft intellectual property (IP) memory controllers, optimal for video, datapath, and embedded applications.
