Description

IMS’s electrically adjustable BGS sensor use our innovative multi-element triangulation optical sensor ASIC. Working principle: • Triangulation Sensor by using the position of the light spot on the sensor to calculate the distance of the background and target; • Triggered distance set electronically by buttons on sensor or by IO-LINK Performance: • Build in 100ms Power On Delay eliminate false trigger when power up • Self-Recover Short Circuit protection on NPN/PNP output, Reverse Polarity and Over Voltage Protection on sensor power supply • Self-Recover Short Circuit, Reverse Polarity, Over Voltage Protection • Distance Set: 10mm – 500mm • Response time: 1mS • Black/White Difference: 10m-100mm, 2mm 100mm – 300mm, less than 10% 300mm- 500mm, less than 30%
