Description

Centric butterfly valve with an elastomer liner, available as wafer, lug or U-section type. Engineered and manufactured for more than 30 years in Spain, Desponia® is built for long-lasting use in highly demanding environments up to 16 bar. Desponia® can be supplied with a cast iron or ductile iron body. The resistant body, the multiple disc combinations and the robust liner available in many different materials, make Desponia a multi-purpose, modular and state-of-the-art valve with outstanding durability and resistance. Liner materials: EPDM, Nitrile, FPM, Flucast®, CSM, ECO, Silicone, white and blue liners for food applications Disc materials: Rilsan®, Polyurethan, Halar®, PEKK, UltraleneTM, Nickel plated, Nickel aluminium bronze, Stainless steel, Stainless steel (Ra < 0.8), Super austenitic steel and Hastelloy Liners compliant with FDA rules and EU regulation No. 1935/2004. Approved for drinking water according to DVGW, ACS, NSF-61, SVGW, WRAS and gas according to DVGW. Grease-free, LABS-free and ATEX versions available.
