ACBP-2 automated complex for baking heart-shaped pastry and waffles is designed for production of a wide range of products: stuffed and non-stuffed biscuit bars, American, Scandinavian, Liege, Brussels, Belgian, Viennese, English, Hong Kong waffles and heart-shaped pastries.
The advantages of this complex are obvious, because most of the production processes are automated. For example, the baking process itself, the dosing of the dough, the removal of finished products. An operator programs time pauses, amount of dough, baking time.
Molds are made of high quality cast iron. Due to its high heat capacity, pastry baked in such forms are top-quality and tasty. Cast iron is easily cleaned of crumbs and burnt dough residues.
The productivity of an automated complex is calculated by the formula P = (3600: t) • N • n • m, where t means full baking time, n – number of products on the single mold, N – number of baking molds and m – weight of single element.
It is easy to calculate that, for example, with a filling capacity of five “hearts” on 18 molds, the complex will bake about 70 kilograms of pastry per hour. Increasing the number of forms to 21, we’ll get already 131 kg / h.
