Automatic sprinkling line ASL is designed to decorate the upper surface of confectionery (candies, cracker, dried biscuits, confectionery layers, etc.) with a free-running fraction (nut, sugar, poppy seeds, sesame, etc.). The machine is used as part of in-line confectionery trains for the production of sweets and cookies. The free-running fraction (nut, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, etc.) is automatically driving up to the receiving hopper of the sprinkling line, from where the free-running fraction is distributed by a flat shutter of a given thickness on the surface of confectionery products. Excess fractions fall into a special tray, from where this mass is also automatically supplied to the receiving hopper of the sprinkling line, so the equipment has a completely closed cycle, eliminating mass manual labor.
