The machine is used as part of in-line trains for molding and baking cookies. Principle of operation: products pass along the mesh conveyor under the drum with notches taking the fraction for sprinkling from the hopper. The excess is collected in the tray and manually transferred to the bin. Conveyor and drum speed are adjusted.
