Description

Our company is the official distributor of several leading Russian manufacturers of confectionery equipment in the European Union. We represent machine tools and industrial lines and technological units in which proven solutions are combined with innovative developments. At the same time, the prices for the equipment will pleasantly surprise you. Vertical filling dispenser VFD-2 is designed for stuffing products with various masses: • condensed milk and “Varenka” type creams; • oil and fat creams; • Cremfil-type confectionery fillings; • jams and confitures. • It is possible to use fillings with inclusions (crushed nut, air rice, caramelized fruits, etc.) when installing a rotary cam pump. Several pieces are filled at the same time. Empty workpieces are supplied manually in special substrate frames. • The machine works correctly only with stable sizes of products. • Filling pumps are sensitive to air ingress. The operator must maintain a filling level of at least a third of the hopper volume and prevent the air from being entrained by the air pump between the filling loads, otherwise the filling dosage will not be stable.
