Doughman D-150 – is designed for kneading of various confectionery masses (sugar dough, gingerbread dough, dough for bagels, dry biscuits). The mass is offloaded to a prepared container by turning the mixer.
Principle of operation: The process of dough kneading of the components placed in the mixer is carried out by rotating the blades inside the mixer towards each other.
Torque is transmitted to the blades from the motor-reduction gear by means of axles and gears, which are located in the assembled reduction gear. Support of blade and alignment relative to output shaft of reduction gear is performed by means of axles screwed directly into shaft and bearing supports installed on rear wall of mixer. Motor-reducer of blade drive is installed on rotary frame. Speed of the blades rotation is controlled by means of a frequency converter fixed on a stationary casing. The frequency converter indicator indicates the speed of blades rotation (rpm).
To protect foreign objects from ingress into the mixer, there is a cover installed on the base. The cover is lifted and lowered by means of a microlift. Limit switch is mounted on bracket to turn off machine at lifting of cover. When the mixer rotates, the cover shall be lifted upwards until stop.
