It is used in the confectionery workshops of bakeries and confectionery factories of medium capacity in the production of gingerbread, oat cookies of various round and oval formulas, cookies “Oatmeal,” “Mosaic,” “Leaflets,” etc. In the basic configuration, it comes with a matrix for gingerbread and oat cookies (round dies).
