MFS-2N – compact machine that allows you to produce bread sticks (sticks) with and without filling. Main and unique feature of the equipment is the adjustable feeding of the filling inside the continuous dough rope.
MFS-2N machine units:
– bunker for loading the dough;
– dough pumping drum;
– filling dosing unit;
– unit for extruding a rope with a filling;
– conveyor with guides to prevent sticking;
– bath with soda solution;
– notch block;
– sprinkling unit.
After kneading, the dough is loaded into the MFS-2N receiving hopper, then the dough pumped by the shaft is extruded through the molding nozzles into a bundle. The rope along the mesh conveyor, passing through the anti-sticking guides, enters the soda bath, then moves to the notch block, where the length of the future straw is formed by the shaft. After the sprinkling block, the product is decorated with salt or any other fraction of your choice (sesame, poppy seeds, sugar, etc.). Then the strands go to the baking section on a stainless grid. At the next stage, after exiting the furnace, there is a cooling by exhaust fans before taking off. This ensures a low percentage of defective finished products.
