Molding machine MM is intended for forming blanks of sugar cookies of rectangular, oval or round shape with the application of various patterns on the molded dough with subsequent transfer to the oven or to the mesh under the spreading or sprinkling devices, and then to the mesh under the oven. Shaping drums (rotors) can be supplied separately, including with an exclusive pattern according to the customer’s sketch. The machine is a metal frame on which a forming unit is mounted. The feed shaft of the forming unit takes the dough from the hopper and compresses it in the recesses of the forming drum. The cleaning blade removes excess dough. Unloading belt is placed between the forming drum and the pressure roller, removes the blanks from the molds and places them on the mesh belt of the conveyor oven.
