Conveyor for molding semi-finished breadcrumbs CM-600 is intended for forming a breading layer with subsequent division into dough pieces before baking.
Previously prepared dough mass is fed into the hopper of the dosing station, where a layer of breading dough is formed by forcing with grooved rolls through a slotted matrix. The dough layer emerging from the slotted matrix of the dosing station enters the dividing shaft, where the layer is divided into preset semi-finished breadcrumbs. After dividing the formed layer, the semi-finished product falls on a moving conveyor belt and enters the floor of the tunnel kiln.
Dosing roller station (housing, shafts, side mountings, driving gears), hopper, slotted gate, gear motor, frequency converter.
Cut-off shaft. It is used to divide the dough layer coming out of the slotted gate into blanks. Division occurs due to the rotation of the shaft with blades. The unit is equipped with an individual drive (gear motor; frequency converter).
