Description

Cutting machine confectionery layers CM-2R intended for manual cutting of confectionery blocks and layers: – wafer sheets glued with fat filling; – biscuit layers with cream; – oriental sweets; – and much more. Principle of operation of the CM-2R machine is longitudinal-transverse cutting of confectionery blocks and layers by passing through the blocks of knives. All operations are carried out manually: - Installing the cutting slab and lowering the clamping device; - Longitudinal cutting with subsequent return to the starting position; - Lowering the pressure device; - Cross cutting with subsequent return to the starting position; - Removal of finished products. – Size of the layers used can be changed according to the requirements of the buyer. – Replaceable blocks of knives and guides to increase the range of products. – Clamping device allows you to cut several layers at once. – Pallet system for collecting scrap and waste. – Simplicity of design, minimal adjustments, equipment reliability. – All parts and assemblies in contact with the product are made of food grade stainless steel and polymers, which ensures full compliance with sanitary standards and technological processes.
