Suitable for processing 400 x 200 x 600 mm meat, vegetables, fish, cheese etc. standard frozen blocks. Equipped with nr. 4 “U” shaped knives, it shreds the blocks into 10/15 mm unevenly sized pieces. Cutting size cannot be adjusted. It is equipped with a practical pneumatic driven tray loader. 7,5 kW shredding shaft motor. Its hourly output is approximately 2.000 kg/h. Recommended processing temperature is between -10°C and -20°C.
