Frozen meat cutter

Machines usually employed for preliminary cutting of frozen blocks into approx. 4 x 10-12 cm sized cuts to be further processed by means of a bowl cutter or a grinder. They are equipped with a hydraulic driven cutting head featuring 4 cross knives and a horizontal one. The smaller version is suitable for cutting E2 (480 x 250 mm) frozen blocks, the larger guillotine can be used for E3 (630 x 300 mm) blocks, also reaching a much higher output (up to 7.000 kg/hour). Both models can be also delivered with a tray hoist loader for charging the frozen blocks automatically.
