A palletiser designed for various elements that works in layers or rows. It has two main movements, vertical and horizontal, aligning its work stations beneath the gantry. Its robust design allows it to execute high-precision movements that guarantee perfect palletising.
Depending on the type of load to palletise, there are various gripping models, so the machine adapts perfectly to the needs of every client.
How it works
Boxes enter the forming table from the packaging line. On this table, the boxes are shaped, and when a row is completed, they are moved to allow for more boxes. This operation repeats until the layer is complete.
Once the layer is complete, the gripper descends and closes the clamps, holding the boxes with pressure. With the boxes fixed, the gripper is elevated above the pallet and moves horizontally to the palletising area to lightly place the layer down.
