A machine designed to place wooden strips on wooden boxes using staples.
They are placed one by one as the machine has a vertical strip storage space that feeds staplers and a box positioning system for the placing of the strip on the upward-facing edges.
How it works
Wooden strips must be manually inserted into a strip store in an easy-to-access area.
Boxes arrive on a conveyor from the packaging area. The entry of the work area is fed via pneumatic stops. The last strip of the device is put in stapling position via an extractor and suction pads.
Then the box is positioned by pneumatic stops and the strip is stapled. This cycle is repeated identically to place the second strip of the box.
In cases that require strips to be placed with engravings of a specific orientation, it is possible to place two stapling modules at a specific distance to staple both strips simultaneously.
