PCB buffer system MBU V

The Multi Magazine Buffer (MBU V) can buffers PCBs into a rack temporarily and release them later back into the production line and consists of an input conveyor with pusher unit and a magazine lift. Arriving PCBs will be stacked into a magazine. PCBs will be unloaded from the magazine when the next station is ready to accept a PCB. A pneumatic pusher pushes the PCB into a magazine, and pushes the PCB out of the magazine when the next station is available. PCBs that do not need buffering are directly transferred into the next station.
