Description
Our spiral screw with quick assembly offers secure and easy mounting of parts to foamed components, such as expanded polypropylene. It offers direct mounting, since it does not require any pilot hole for installation.
This screw is made in PA6 30% GF (polyamide reinforced with 30% glass fiber), which gives the piece good strength and rigidity, as well as a high axial load capacity once fixed. It also means a weight saving due to the use of plastic material.
The hexagonal head with Torx housing provides versatility for installation, with the possibility of manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic mounting.
