Our LTRKC double linear connector is used to connect/join round tubes together to obtain a 180⁰ straight connection. The connectors are pushed into the tubes up to the head and are friction fit by counter-rotating the tubes, thus creating a strong pull connection, the strength of which is highly dependent on the characteristics of the pipes. Thus, in pipes that are dry, clean, oil-free and with a resistance coating, high tensile strength can be achieved with relatively low clamping.
Polyamide (PA6) used is highly resistant and is characterized by a very long useful life and great resistance to aging. The standard manufacturing color is black . The bolt and nut are made of Zinc Plated Steel (ZCS) as standard material.
The connectors are supplied pre-assembled. Due to the significant expanding effect it exerts once it is installed, its use is not recommended in thin-walled aluminum or soft plastic tubes with a tube wall thickness of 1 mm.
