Current standards regulate the construction dimensions and
corresponding power ratings of normalised motors in various
construction forms. They also establish the preferential voltages and frequencies, the protection systems, the insulation
classes, the admissible noise and vibration levels, the type of
service, the operating conditions and the speeds. I.S.G.E.V.
also supplies normalised motors in other special versions,
such as:
• winding treatment for tropical climates
• winding treatment for humid and corrosive climates
• winding treatment for cold environments
• insulation suitable for high temperatures corresponding
to class F
• insulation suitable for high temperatures corresponding
to class H
• special voltages and/or frequencies
• special steel shaft with two cylindrical ends, according
to catalogue dimensions
