MATURITY METER 100 is the electronic tester used to measure the hardness of fruit and vegetable.
It gives a valid index for the determination of the ideal harvest time in field and an essential help during the cold storage warning the right maturity.
Is simple and precise to use, in fact it is sufficient select the suitable scale according to the kind of fruit to analize. The user can choose between two scales: from 0-1.500 g (+/- 10 g) and from 0-15 kg (+/- 100g), peeling off the fruit and press the tester in a progressive way, so it can penetrate in the pulp until to see the indication notch on the point.
The device visualize on the display the hardness of penetration, the maturity level indicated in gramme/kilogramme (according to the scale).
It’s possible memorize until 50 measurements, the min/max and the average of all the measures in memory.
