BU-TYLENE ALU R is a self-adhesive sealing tape consisting of a butyl rubber adhesive compound, protected by a reinforced aluminium foil with a synthetic net. BU-TYLENE ALU R has been designed and developed to be applied as a vapour barrier in HVAC industry. BU-TYLENE ALU R is highly adhesive, even at low temperatures, to all common materials in a HVAC industry. BU-TYLENE ALU R is available in various sizes. Waterproof and self-sealing; Total Vapour Barrier; Tearable by hand; Excellent adhesion at low temperatures; Excellent heat stability; U.V. Resistant; No oil migration; Solvent-free. Uses BU-TYLENE ALU R has been studied to be applied as a vapour barrier in HVAC industry, it can be used for sealing and insulating of piping and ducting in construction, industry and air conditioning. BU-TYLENE ALU R can be torn easily by hand thanks to the special aluminium film.
