Metering by pulsation-free double ball check pumps and the mixing according to the counterflow injection principle. Each component consists of separately heated metering frames with motor driven plate type filter, metering pump, safety valve block and flow controller. The PSM 700 varicontrol offers functionalities like; stepless mixing ratio limited to 1:4 / 4:1 and an output of 0,6 - 10 L/min., preheaters and electric heated hoses in lenght of 10-90 meters separate regulated for Poly and Iso (Viscosity), alarm detection and a free pragrammable PLC. Mixing head The mixing head works absolutely self-cleaning (solvent-free and without air-flush). It contains no third joints and is thus almost free of maintenance. Regular cleaning ist not necessary. Construction Compact & mobile hydraulic high pressure unit form spraying. Stepless setting of the mixing ratio 1:1 to max. 4:1 / 1:4 and direct mixing ratio display. Component-specific regulatable heating 0 - 99°C.
