These types of ovens are preferred for the systems where the number of pieces to be painted is less and heavier compared to the box type furnaces. The advantage of this system is that the painted product is moved by the control circuit located on the furnace by means of the conveyor. This system is also operated as 3-station. While the product taken from the furnace becomes cold at the first station, painted product is processed inside furnace at the second station or cure heated and the product painted in the cabin is hang to the conveyor at the third station. Therefore, painting and oven drying process is performed faster than it is performed in box furnaces and time loss is minimized. There is not any difficulty in space due to being manufactured in various dimensions and those can meet the requirements for all kinds of product types.
