The spray washing plants with conveyor lines produced by our company are planned and manufactured in compliance with different process combinations by its modular structure for the companies making high capacity mass production in different dimensions. Our lines are produced of AISI 304 stainless steel material and enable completion of the pre-painting preparation of the parts that will go through a series of processes such as washing, rinsing, phosphatisation, passivation, etc. while moving on the conveyor. The heating system may have electrical resistance or heat exchanger. No heating system is required for the boilers in the nano-technology processes.
